3. Schedule Changes
  1. The Host may adjust the schedule in the event of natural disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, system failures, policy or budget changes, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  2. Changes will be announced on the official Competition website. Changes materially affecting entrant preparation, such as a revised deadline, will be announced with as much advance notice as reasonably possible.
